  • After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection within 1 business day.
  • If approved:
    • For exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days from the approval date.
    • For refund, the amount will be credited to your payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you within 3–4 business days along with an explanation.

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the same payment method within 7 business days of approval.
