We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically.
Accessing or transacting on the Platform binds you to these Terms.

👤 Access & Registration

Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for activities done through your registered account.
You agree to pay applicable charges associated with availing services.

⚠️ Disclaimer & Liability

Information on this Platform may contain inaccuracies or errors.
We exclude liability for any inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of the Platform and Services is solely at your own risk.

💡 Intellectual Property

All Platform content is proprietary to the Platform Owner.
No design, layout, or content may be reproduced without permission.

🚫 Prohibited Use

Do not use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Unauthorized use may lead to legal action or penalties.

💳 PhonePe Payment Gateway Policy

Role of PhonePe: PhonePe acts only as a payment facilitator and not as a contracting party.
Supported Methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking as permitted by PhonePe.
Data Security: Transactions follow PCI DSS standards and RBI regulations.
Refunds: Refunds are credited per PhonePe and Career EduHub refund timelines.
Dispute Handling: Payment-related disputes will follow PhonePe’s resolution mechanism.
Merchant Obligations: We comply with all PhonePe, NPCI, and RBI payment policies.

🔁 Exchange & Replacement Timeline

Exchange and replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery. Once approved, the replacement or exchanged item will be delivered within 7–10 working days. Please note that the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy (PhonePe Payments)

Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment, technical error, or order cancellation before product dispatch.
Refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of payment.
All eligible refunds will be credited to the original source account within 5–10 working days, as per PhonePe and bank processing timelines.
In case of disputes, PhonePe’s official dispute resolution process will be followed.
No refunds will be credited for successfully delivered products.

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bikaner, Rajasthan courts.
